Welcome to Firoozeh Sorena Superior Hotel Apartment. We are delighted to host you in Shiraz and are committed to making your stay comfortable and memorable.

Check-in & Check-out

Check-in: 14:00 (Early check-in is subject to availability.)
Check-out: 11:30
Late check-out: 12:00–15:30 = 50% of one night’s rate
After 15:30 = Full night’s rate Peak-season restrictions may apply

Wellness Center (Pool, Sauna & Jacuzzi)

Ladies: 08:00 – 15:00 2-hour sessions
Gentlemen: 16:00 – 23:00 2-hour sessions

Dining Hours

Breakfast: 07:30 – 10:00 (In-room breakfast is available at an additional charge.)
Lunch: 13:00 – 15:00
Dinner: 19:00 – 22:00
Coffee Shop: 08:00 – 23:00

Visitor Policy

For privacy and security, non-resident visitors (including friends, relatives, and colleagues) are not permitted to enter guest rooms. Visitors may use the lobby and coffee shop areas.

Housekeeping & Laundry

Daily housekeeping service is available from 08:00 to 12:00.

For laundry service, please complete the laundry form and submit your request to Housekeeping or the Laundry Unit by 10:00 AM.

General Policies

Minibar: Minibar items are charged separately from the room rate.
Key Cards: Please return your key card to Reception upon check-out. A replacement fee applies for lost cards.
Pets: Pets are not permitted.
Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside rooms; please use designated outdoor areas.
Damage & Loss: Guests are responsible for any loss, damage, or stains requiring specialized cleaning or replacement of hotel property.
